In business since the early ’90s, this little place at a major Hispanic/Asian shopping center does a brisk business. The tasty tacos de barbacoa, carne asada, tongue and carnitas---anointed with fresh salsa, onions, jalapeños and cilantro---are the staples. It also serves tortas, layered sandwiches with the customer’s preferred meat topped with onions, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato and avocado. Eating one neatly is a delicious challenge. Burritos come stuffed with beans or meat. Everything here is freshly made. There are a few seats but most customers grab and go. The Roswell location has ample indoor seating.
