Taqueria el Poblano is a cheerful, friendly establishment, usually crowded with families. The owners are proud of their fresh salsas and they should be. Each one --- green, red and the hot habanero --- has a rich flavor that goes well with the chips and fresh jícama that appear on your table. The simple menu offers tacos, of course, plus taquitos, quesadillas, cowboy-style frijoles, burritos and several char-grilled meat dishes. For dessert, try the chocolate fritters.
