La Botana offers fresh tasting Tex-Mex fare and everything from the zingy, chunky salsa, kept in constant re-supply, to the guacamole has taste appeal. And talk about cheap! At lunch, for about $10, an arrangement of three cheese-filled enchiladas can come topped with shredded chicken or pork chunks. While the pork seems a little over-salted to us, the chicken is just fine. Food comes at an appropriately speedy pace, but not so fast it doesn't seem cooked to order.
