Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt of Tartine Bakery and Tartine Manufactory in San Francisco teamed up with Pizzeria Bianco chef/owner Chris Bianco on a downtown Los Angeles location at ROW DTLA. Tartine Bianco encompasses a takeout window serving coffee, pastries, sandwiches and ice cream, as well as a market and daytime restaurant offering seasonally inspired fare. Alameda Supper Club, the adjacent private dining room, serves Cal-Italian cuisine for dinner nightly.
