As the name implies, The Tasting Room at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village provides an informal venue for sampling California wines. Step up to the bar, assemble at the communal tables or snag an armchair or one of the cozy cushioned seating nooks built into the walls. The adjoining terrace is likewise inviting with its view of the waterfalls. There are more than a dozen options by the glass or bottle, as well as several flights of four pours highlighting particular varietals or wineries. The Tasting Room is a partnership with Malibu Family Wines, so you’ll find a number of selections from Semler and Saddlerock. A few nibbles are available, including an artisan cheese plate, chicken-pesto panini and gourmet chocolate. Guests that buy a bottle or case of wine to-go receive a 20% discount. The Tasting Room is only open Fri.-Sun., but bottles of wine can be purchased every day through the concierge.
