Temporis Restaurant Review:

In the West Town area of Chicago, Temporis serves contemporary American cuisine via a 10-course tasting menu ($155). The 20-seat restaurant also offers a five-course menu ($85) from Tuesday through Thursday. An on-site hydroponic garden contributes some of the ingredients used to craft dishes such as lobster with vanilla pasta, black truffle and tarragon; pheasant, Humboldt Fog, watercress and soubise; and chocolate, cream cheese, yeast and Okinawa brown sugar. Wine pairing or a non-alcoholic pairing is available for both menus. Consider beer, cocktails and digestifs, too.
