Chef-owner George Rasovsky found his way from Czechoslovakia to Newnan and has become one of the major dining forces on Atlanta’s southside. Set in Newnan’s historic business district, this nicely renovated space is a fine stage for good crab cakes and grilled tenderloin of lamb. The overall menu doesn’t change too often, which means patrons can rely on their favorite dishes being here. Rasovsky reserves his creativity for a daily chef’s special, a fresh fish of the day and a pasta special. Upstairs, there are occasional jazz performances, wine dinners, cigar dinners and cooking classes.
