In The Times Square EDITION hotel, chef John Fraser's all-day restaurant gets its inspiration from the French brasseries and American chophouses where Fraser began his career. The menu includes tuna crudo, mushroom carpaccio, Colorado lamb rack, and a chocolate soufflé with Grand Marnier ice cream for two. Outside, there's a cozy terrace and a beer garden lush with plants and ivy.
