When your friends try to take you to Lemongrass Grill down the block, show them you know better and walk up the block and upstairs to Thai Taste, where there is no waiting, the service is friendly and the food is superior. Try Thai asparagus in green curry sauce with seafood, boneless duck roasted with honey and ginger, or Chinese-style eggplant. Sticky rice is extra and worth it, and all the usual dishes (fried fish with basil, pad thai, and pork with string beans) are reliably well-prepared, if unspectacular. For the experimental, specials like frog legs in garlic, basil and chilis might do. And don’t miss the Thai iced coffee.
