Relocated from upper Connecticut in DC, this old-time Thai eatery has moved to a large suburban site and has gentrified and updated its décor to match. Sadly, however, we find that the food really doesn’t keep pace with the owner’s vision of his revamped restaurant. The red duck curry, Paradise Triangles (deep-fried nuggets of tofu) and how mok talay (seafood “custard” wrapped in banana leaves) sadly miss the mark.
