A huge space that’s part of the recycled rubber factory that includes The Blue Room and Flat Top Johnny’s (a great pool hall), this is really a spacious and handsome dining room with elegant appointments and striking artwork. In addition to the now ubiquitous Thai dishes-satay, pad Thai, mix and match curries-this restaurant has a number of Vietnamese dishes making it a good spot to bring a large group. There’s rarely a wait, but the room is never so empty that you feel as if you’re dining alone. It’s just that it’s big. So when someone wants pad Thai and another is looking for lemongrass chicken, consider this.
