Veteran local chefs Dan and Sherri Leiphart are joined in marriage and at the hip at their fast-casual sandwich shop with little seating. A trio of choices remains on the menu, including the now-famous Thin Man --- a crispy baguette stuffed with endive, bacon, red wine vinaigrette and a chicken liver mousse that's so popular you never know when you arrive if it's still in stock that day. Frequent changes keep devotees eagerly waiting for updates; the Leipharts trumpet their new releases on social media. Some of the limited-edition offerings match seasonal crops --- pears, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, for example --- while others are protein-forward with, say, an Asian influence. Polenta, with assorted mix-ins, normally is a side option, alongside some kind of soup and salad. An unexpected highlight: house-made seltzer drinks in simple but refreshing flavors, such as honey-lemon.
