This mid-18th century six-room inn, tavern and grill offers a mix of fine and casual cuisine year-round. The menu is seasonal. In the summertime, slurp oysters sourced from nearby Glidden Point or enjoy crab cakes with smoked tomato and arugula salad. Lobster is prepared a few ways, but those who prefer meat may choose from pork, a grilled rib-eye aged in-house, and if available, rack of lamb. The pub is a good stop after a walk on a nearby beach for more casual fare like burgers or pizza, and the experience may end with crème brûlée or a warm chocolate brownie. The wine list is surprisingly extensive.
