THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED NAMES Tom Giblin’s is typically packed with locals---and with good reason. The food is hearty and authentic, the atmosphere is jovial (no TVs!) and the house band encourages everyone to sing along. Traditional Irish fare is scarce in North County, but at Giblin’s you can enjoy homemade brown bread, meaty Guinness stew, corned beef and cabbage and shepherd’s pie as well as many beers on tap.
