Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE at The St. Regis Aspen Resort inhabits a beautifully appointed space dominated by an open kitchen and an air of winter-wonderland chic. The restaurant teamed up with FOOD & WINE magazine to put on a show — one with a cast that changes periodically to spotlight the publication's Best New Chefs. The menu features dishes created by rising stars, such as Cara Stadler (Tao Yuan), Paul Qui (qui), and Greg and Gabrielle Denton (Ox).
