THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Tortilla Factory Restaurant Review:
Year after year, locals consistently hold this restaurant in the highest esteem, for it really knows its business: making Southwestern food the old-fashioned way. It should, for once upon a time the Tortilla Factory was really a tortilla factory. Today, as a restaurant its so popular that management may end up serving gratis chips and dip to the long lines waiting on weekend nights. We return often for the cooks masterful green chili burrito, carne machaca burrito and dark and rich chicken mole. There are plenty of other choices on the menu, too, including the ubiquitous nachos, squash soup with cheese and New Mexico stacked enchiladas. The décor is pleasantly Southwestern, and there may be a piñata or two hanging around. Many of the good sauces and fillings are packaged to sell to-go, too.
