THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED On a knoll at the fork of two roads, this oceanview Mexican eatery is fun, reliable and quite good. The bar seems to be the local hangout for an upwardly mobile crowd, and there is a nice outdoor lanai. The menu with its usual chimichangas and enchiladas has several healthy and children's items. Entrées come with refried beans and Spanish rice. Try the grilled filet mignon rancho-style, or the shrimp in lime and cilantro butter.
