Serving free-range, grass-fed Turner meats and featuring the finest products from his New Zealand ranch lands and fisheries, Turner’s New Zealand cuisine is prepared by knowledgeable chefs and served in a distinguished, elegant setting. The meats are simply prepared by searing in the pan or roasting in the oven. They all come as a full dinner with couscous or garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables on the side. Seafood entrées such as the miso-crusted Turner orange roughy are a bit more elaborate. Specialty salads and pastas round out the impressive menu, which offers a notable wine list.
