As the first Northwest restaurant to receive the official stamp from the Naples, Italy-based Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, which certifies authentic Neapolitan pizza, Tutta Bella is a pizza lover's mecca. Pies are cooked swiftly in a 1,100-degree apple wood-fueled oven. A classic San Marzano tomato-based sauce offers an ideal foundation for combinations such as prosciutto and arugula or Italian sausage and basil. Choose any of the modestly priced salads --- a classic Caesar or the Tutta Bella Mista with carrots, white beans, olives and vinaigrette --- to round out a meal. The beer and wine list has affordable options, and there’s also a full bar.
