This branch of Umami Burger, located in the historic Anaheim Packing District, pays tribute to the building's history as a 1920s-era garage with repurposed license plates. Enjoy the chain's signature gourmet burgers --- the mysterious "fifth taste" Umami patty with shiitake mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted tomato, a Parmesan crisp and house-made ketchup.
