Soothing taped background music sung by Frank Sinatra and Andrea Bocelli enhances the serene ambience, along with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings. A plate of Villa Valentino balsamic vinegar blended with extra virgin olive oil complements the crusty ciabatta bread. Go for the carpaccio Veneto (beef and sometimes salmon) with arugula, and the creative pastas. Try the veal porta piave---with Fontina cheese, prosciutto, demi-glace and spinach.
