College types and families are the natural constituency of a restaurant that adds a creative tweak or two to standard Tex-Mex favorites, brought out at prices that anyone with a decent-paying job can handle. Pork and chicken hog the main-course spotlight. For top honors the lechón asado, with chunks of garlicky roast pork sharing plate space with caramelized onions, squeaks past the pechuga gratinada, a sizable half chicken breast blanketed with chopped spinach and melted white cheese.
