About the restaurant: Revolving a full circle every 80 minutes, this restaurant and cocktail lounge offers a panorama of the Las Vegas Valley from its 106th-floor perch atop The STRAT’s soaring tower. Feel free to wave at the sky jumpers as they dart past your window.

Food & Drinks: Seafood lovers will find much to like with the shellfish platter, Alaskan cod with soba noodles and cashew raisin soy butter, and lobster bisque garnished with lobster medallions and chives. A standout appetizer is the tuna tartare with avocado, capers, wasabi, togarashi and potatoes gaufrette. For entrées, the steakhouse offers American Prime, Australian Wagyu and Japanese A5 Wagyu in cuts of filet mignon, rib-eye and New York strip, with optional accompaniments of Maine lobster tail, shrimp scampi and foie gras; and béarnaise, red wine reduction, peppercorn, blue cheese crust and truffle Gouda cheese fondue sauces. Among finishing touches are bananas Foster, baked Alaska and salted caramel crème brûlée. A wine list includes labels from France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Napa Valley, Australia, South Africa and South America.
