This Los Feliz location of Umami Burger offers the chain's signature gourmet burgers --- the mysterious "fifth taste" Umami patty with shiitake mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted tomato, a Parmesan crisp and house-made ketchup. Also available are patties made with ahi tuna, as well as the meat-like (but vegan) Impossible Burger. Pair the burgers with sides like tater tots or cheese-covered french fries. Many unusual Japanese craft beers and handcrafted cocktails are on order, and artisan cakes and ice creams are available for dessert.
