Vieng’s Asian Bistro Restaurant Review:

Vieng's serves Americanized versions of Thai, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisines in an attractive, contemporary bistro setting. Stacked white river rocks line the walls, red-paper lanterns dangle from the ceiling, and Zen waterfalls are positioned throughout. The food is serviceable (though not always super fresh) and there are enticing dishes sprinkled throughout the menu. Start with a sampling of sushi; the crab Rangoon and Thai dumplings are also good. From there, the pad thai and orange chicken are both safe choices. Ditto for the fried rice, which is large enough to share. To finish your meal, the sticky rice and the walnut cake are both noteworthy. The wine selection is adequate if predictable, with good by-the-glass options.
