: Adjacent to Culina at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is Vinoteca, an Italian-inspired wine bar serving a menu of panini and pizzette. These small plates combine California produce and herbs with imported Italian ingredients, such as olive oil, mozzarella, specialty flour and prosciutto. Some highlights include a savory pizzette with Parmigiano, truffle honey, arugula and smoked mozzarella; fresh, handmade gnocchi with short rib sugo; tuna tartare with quail egg, watercress and Pecorino; and Raviolacci al Pomodoro, a ricotta-stuffed egg pasta with Parmigiano, San Marzano tomatoes and basil crumbles. In the morning, patrons can order coffee and house-made pastries such as cannoncini alla crema pasticcera. |
