W.H. Stiles Fish Camp Restaurant Review:

Chef/owner Anne Quatrano (Bacchanalia, Star Provisions, Floataway Cafe) honors her great-great-great-great grandfather by lending his name to this casual seafood establishment in Ponce City Market. In addition to seating along the kitchen-facing counter and at tables with plaid banquettes, there's a lovely outdoor patio area. More than a dozen oysters --- primarily from the East Coast --- are served up, alongside calamari, trout poke and lobster rolls. We liked the oyster po' boy, stuffed with properly fried oysters. Asian flavors appear in a Vietnamese-inspired salad topped with crushed peanuts and graced with a filet of catfish that's either crisply fried or pan seared. Southern sides such as hush puppies, grits and macaroni and cheese also check in. Lobster bisque is available, too. Cookies are the only option for dessert. To drink, expect seltzers in various flavors (grapefruit and lime), plus a limited selection of beer and wine.
