Chef Trent Pierce of the late, oft lamented seafood restaurant Fin has turned his culinary attentions to the East. His new establishment focuses on meticulously crafted noodle bowls with a range of Japanese small plates, such as stir-fried edamame, on the side. The bar promises to be a lively scene with a wide variety of whiskey, saké, and beer on tap.
