Walter's Two Go Restaurant Review:

Walter's has been a Beverly Hills institution since 1949, when Swiss baker Walter Weber debuted the concept on Rodeo Drive. Walter’s has since moved, and the décor --- and menu to some extent --- has been modernized to meet the needs of the new millennium. Hearty breakfasts revolve around DIY omelets, corned beef hash and eggs, and huevos rancheros. At lunch, Walter’s offers “legendary sandwiches” (their claim) like the gut-busting "Beverly Hills" --- grilled chicken breast with jack cheese, avocado, grilled onions and chili on grilled sourdough. There are also hot specialties like meatloaf, chicken fajitas and pasta diablo --- fettuccine with chicken, garlic and a kaleidoscope of vegetables. On the lighter side, a lo-cal menu features seared ahi with lime-ginger sauce.
