The Warrington
Come to The Warrington for drinks; the food is standard pub fare.
The Warrington Restaurant Review:
Gordon Ramsay sold The Warrington to a pub group and it has not been a particularly happy change. It’s still a splendid Victorian building, once a hotel. The lovely downstairs wood-panelled room remains as a bar, with stained glass and etched mirrors a leftover from its Victorian grandeur; the upstairs dining room is light and airy but relatively characterless. It is, however, the place to come to for drinks, as the food is standard pub fare like fish ‘n’ chips and steaks.
