Washoku of LA Restaurant Review

: Washoku of LA in Studio City is a concept from chef Katsuya Uechi’s Katsu-ya Group (Katsu-ya, The Izaka-ya by Katsu-ya, Kiwami). Washoku, which translates to “food of Japan,” is traditional Japanese cuisine that has been honed and passed down over centuries. Guests can expect to find such dishes as donburi (rice bowls), shabu shabu (hot pot), sushi, tempura and more.
