THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Waterhouse Restaurant Restaurant Review:

Former NFL player Willie Clay is the primary investor in The Waterhouse, which has outposts in Cleveland and Atlanta. The Cleveland location occupies the substantial real estate between Prospect and Huron---the old Diamondback Brewery space---but has positioned itself a little more upscale than previous tenants. Starters and salads are unsurprising but satisfying, and lobster and crab fritters with a lemon-garlic dipping sauce are particularly good. Pasta, seafood and steaks make up the bulk of the entrée choices. Since Waterhouse is a cozy neighbor of both Jacobs Field and Quicken Loans Arena, it's only fitting the restaurant offer a significant pub menu for pre- or post-sporting event noshing. Seafood bisque and a pan-fried crab cake seem only slightly out of place next to burgers, ribs and wings. By way of encouraging diners toward the wine list, Waterhouse offers many bottles priced at just $20.
