Celebrity chef (and Bay Area native) Jonathan Waxman has opened his first San Francisco restaurant in picturesque Ghirardelli Square. Called simply Waxman's, the spot serves seasonal New American cuisine, including fresh seafood, pasta and meat entrées. The space also offers a full bar with classic cocktails, and a wine list with lots of by-the-glass options.
