The Whale's Tail Restaurant Review:

Located in the Channel Islands Harbor, this seafood restaurant offers a casual beach vibe with cuisine and ocean views to match. Appetizers include platters of chilled clams, oysters, shrimp and crab or hot, crispy calamari, popcorn shrimp and lobster taquitos, and house-made thick and buttery clam chowder. The owners are dedicated to natural foods, buying organic when possible and using only sustainably raised or wild-caught fish. The menu lists the origin of each fish, whether it’s local waters (swordfish, red snapper, halibut), Alaskan (cod) or Scottish (salmon). There are pastas, steak, and surf ‘n’ turf options, too. Expect a reasonable list of wine, cocktails and beers. The shellfish bar upstairs hosts occasional live entertainment.
