Whole Hog Cafe Restaurant Review:

The original location of Whole Hog Cafe was opened in Little Rock in 2000 by barbecue devotees Ron Blasingame, Mike "Sarge" Davis and Steve Lucchi. Hearty appetites might opt for the "Whole Hog Platter," featuring beef brisket, baby back ribs and pulled pork, as well as beans, potato salad, coleslaw and a dinner roll. There are seven different sauces to complement the meat, but the Volcano sauce is so hot it's offered only at the counter. For dessert, you'll find banana pudding, cobbler, brownies and cookies. "Whole Hog Buddy Paks" serve enough to feed four to 32 diners. Other locations.
