Open for 30 years, this quaint, family-owned-and-operated establishment offers L.A.’s best hot dogs and is well worth a special trip. Order your hot dogs to-go at the outdoor take-out counter, or devour them (and devour them you will) at the indoor table area. Owner Kevin Lentz buys his sausage only from the best sausage kitchens, which are often small and pride themselves on the highest quality. The Factory’s dogs are lower in fat than the supermarket variety, and the famous turkey dog has developed a devoted following. We’re addicted to the thick, juicy, spicy Polish dog.
