THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Wildfires Restaurant Review:

Wildfires spiffed up the old Out of Hand Burrito Stand spot on the busy corner of Summerlin and East Washington, and even enclosed the tiny front porch, though the windows are generally thrown open to create a breezy expansion of the dining room. Disney grad Frank Abbinanti is in the kitchen, a guy who knows his barbecue after doing extensive research in the Carolinas and Texas for the restaurants at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. He keeps a smoker fired up 24 hours a day which renders tender chicken, beef and pork. If you can’t decide, just go for the sampler platter with a helping of each. The sandwiches are worthy of top billing, too, especially the pork with big hunks of perfectly seasoned meat. The dining room is casual, with televisions and music, but we prefer the porch where you can escape most of the noise.
