Wolfgang Puck Bistro offers dining options for gourmets on the go---guests can choose to phone ahead for pick-up or order at the counter and have food delivered to the table for a quick bite. During dinner, table service is available for a meal at a more relaxed pace. The menu includes pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, soups and salads, as well as classic Wolfgang dishes like rosemary rotisserie chicken; house-made meatloaf; and sustainable salmon grilled in ginger-teriyaki sauce. Organic and locally grown products are used wherever possible.
