Located in the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, X bar has experienced a renovation to its décor, art and furnishings. Expect a burger-centric menu and a new cocktail program, too, as well as a craft beer bar. Luxe burgers include the “Oooh-Mommy!” comprised of Wagyu beef, caramelized shallots, hoisin-glazed shiitake mushrooms, Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor goat cheese and kimchi aïoli on brioche. Crab cakes and mini-sliders are also options. “Throwbacks” and “New School” cocktails include the Aperol Smash with Hudson Manhattan rye whiskey, Aperol, mint, lemon and simple syrup.
