Youssef and Wendy Awai-Dakroub were co-founders of Dubai’s popular chain Sumo Sushi. They sold their share and moved to Wendy’s hometown on Oahu. Now they’ve taken a south-of-the-border direction with their food truck (named Ignacio). What sets Xtreme Tacos apart from the competition is the Middle Eastern flair --- see what happens when falafel meets tortilla in their trademark “falaco.” Garlic chicken quesadillas might also be found on the menu.
