Yet Wah Restaurant Review:
Choose from more than 300 dishes hailing from every part of China prepared by chefs trained by founding chef Hoon Sing Chan. Selections include dim sum such as pan-bronzed, ginger-rich pork pot stickers; barbecued pork; foil-wrapped chicken; deep-fried prawns, plush Japanese eggplant halves stuffed with garlicky ground pork; steamed vegetable crêpes; and barbecued pork buns. Signature dishes include a sweet and savory minced chicken in crisp iceberg lettuce wraps and almond-pressed fried duck (get the sticky red sweet sauce on the side). Try the prawns with mushrooms and the three-princess chicken---pieces of chicken with three types of mushrooms and vegetables. The Wah won ton soup is comforting and full-bodied.
