Yolie's Brazilian Steakhouse Restaurant Review:

Churrascaria, a traditional Brazilian feast of meats barbecued on a spit and sliced off in huge hunks at the table, is becoming better known in Las Vegas. Debuting in March 1987, Yolie's pioneered this type of dining in the desert --- and still offers the best value. Fabricated in Brazil, the giant grill behind a glass wall is in full view of the 140-seat dining room. Be prepared for a carnivorous extravaganza --- all you care to eat bacon-wrapped turkey, spring chicken, tri-tip of beef, top sirloin, leg of lamb, pork tenderloin and homemade sausage. A garden salad or black bean soup precedes the meats and poultry. Platters of side dishes that include polenta, rice, farofa, potatoes and vegetables are served family style. We like the smaller version of the feast for lunch, and the à la carte beef Stroganoff. The best flan we've ever had is a refreshing finale for the hearty fare. A singing pianist entertains on weekends.
