THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Zin American Bistro & Bar Restaurant Review:

Charming Kerbey Lane (a coveted midtown neighborhood with shops and cafés) has been graced with this tiny European-style bistro styled after a wine tasting room, complete with sidewalk seating, cork tabletops and light fixtures that look like inverted wine glasses. Chef Sean Fulford presents cuisine from around the globe that fits the eclectic appetites of most Austinites. A must-have is the ahi tuna appetizer, seared rare with Jamaican jerk spices, red chile vinaigrette and strawberry-pineapple relish. Baby-back ribs are drizzled in root beer barbecue sauce and served with poblano coleslaw. More traditional is the silken Chilean sea bass bathed in lobster butter with grilled asparagus, and the signature double chocolate torte with raspberry coulis for dessert. We found that all such dishes pair beautifully with the extensive wine list, starring spicy Zinfandel, of course.
