THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Zumba Mexican Grille Restaurant Review: This lively, cafeteria-style eatery encourages creativity with its burritos-by-design concept --- you get to pick the ingredients and they cook it for you. Adding appeal, it's owned and operated by three generations of the Castaneda family. The emphasis is on fresh, which is why both the guacamole and salsas are made throughout the day. Other menu options include any of the fillings from the burrito menu minus the tortilla, Baja-style fish tacos, salads and soup with a choice of meat, black beans, rice, vegetables, toppings and tortilla strips. Side dishes range from vegetarian-prepared black or pinto beans to Mexican rice. Meals for children comprise a small fountain drink, chips and a choice of a grilled cheese quesadilla or taco. |
