Sella & Mosca's Piani estate, situated in the northwest corner of Sardinia, is the second largest vineyard in Italy and rates among the country's most esteemed wineries. Established in 1899, Sella & Mosca built its reputation on native varietals such as Vermentino and Cannonau. Upon celebrating its centennial anniversary, the winery introduced Cabernet Sauvignon to the portfolio, wowing critics and consumers with the first vintage of Marchese di Villamarina in 1994.
