Designated a Second Growth in the famous 1855 Classification, Château de Myrat's history stretches back to the 18th century. Composed of 88 percent Sémillon, 8 percent Sauvignon Blanc and 4 percent Muscadelle, the 2007 Sauternes is deliciously sweet but not cloyingly so. It features candied apricot and honey flavors with a hint of orange blossom.
