Champagne Moët et Chandon founded their California namesake in 1973. This 2006 Mt. Veeder Vintage Brut is a welcome departure from the winery's more typical non-vintage offerings. Made entirely from Chardonnay, it boasts crisp citrus and pear flavors with a hint of marzipan. Pair it with fresh seafood or prosciutto and melon.
