• 4 1/2 oz. (14 cl.) tomato juice
• Splash of Worcestershire sauce
• Splash of lemon juice
• Tabasco sauce to taste
• Salt & pepper to taste

2. Buck’s Fizz




• 2 1/2 oz. (8 cl.) orange juice
• 1 dash of grenadine

• 1 oz. (3 cl.) vodka
• 3/4 oz. (2 cl.) blackberry syrup
• 3/4 oz. (2 cl.) egg whites
• 1/2 oz. (1 cl.) lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. (1 cl.) simple syrup
• 2 dashes of orange bitters

4. Kanaloa Kula




• 1 oz. (3 cl.) brown rum
• 3/4 oz. (2 cl.) lemon juice
• 3/4 oz. (2 cl.) star anise
• 1/2 oz. (1 cl.) grenadine
