– 0.35 oz. crème de cacao blanc

– 1 sugar cane
– 0.5 oz. of Cognac
– 3 dashes of angostura bitters
– A dash of simple syrup

• 2.5 oz. brut champagne

Peppermint Fizz

Peppermint fizz champagne cocktail



– 1 oz. peppermint vodka
– 1 oz, strawberry purée

• Top up with rosé champagne

Winter Thyme



– 1 oz. of gin
– 1 oz. thyme syrup
– Sprig of thyme for garnish
