This Brut Nature covers only 24 acres and the vineyards, all estate and located in Cumières, are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics, virtuous viticulture that preserves the character of this terroir. Twenty three percent of the must was vinified in oak and the wine did not undergo a malolactic fermentation. The dosage is 0g/L.

The wine has a pale, yellow color and a fine, persistent effervescence. The bouquet opens up with white peach, orange blossom, apple and spices. The palate is generous and refined, revealing peach, wet stone, lemon zest and well-tamed acidity, all evolving to a long, stylish finish.

Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery is a winery located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. It holds a significant place in the history of winemaking in the Eastern United States, particularly for its contributions to the development of viticulture in the region.

Bouchaine is the oldest continuously operating winery in Carneros, a region located on the southern tip of Napa Valley. In the late 1880’s, a Missouri-born settler named Boon Fly planted grapes and fruit trees on the property.
